We accept most insurances, including Medicaid and Medicare

Our rates are $225 for an evaluation, and $175 for follow up services. We offer a 40% “Time of Service” Discount, which is applied to self-pay bills if paid at time of service.

We accept Clergy Pay and other third party payment-assistance options. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, HSA, check or cash.

We provide therapeutic services to people 13 and older without additional intake steps. However, if seeking services for anyone younger than 13, the parent or guardian must engage in a FREE consultation with our program director to ensure we have the skillset needed to provide quality services to your child.

Not at this time. However, we do recommend Oquirrh Mountain Psychiatry for most of these needs.

Yes we do. We have 2 clinicians that provide this service, and we use additional assessment tools through Gottman Connect. This comes with an additional $39 out of pocket cost, but provides thorough assessment and understanding of challenges within the home. Talk to a staff member to learn more.

We offer couples or intimate partner therapy at this time, but parent and child family therapy is not typically provided.

Yes. We develop groups based on the clinical need of our clients and the surrounding community. We strive to keep our “Group Services” page updated with current groups. Check it out!!

Each of our clinicians have a unique schedule to fit their needs, availability may differ depending on preference of therapist. Our first session of the day starts at 9:00 and our last session of the day starts at 6:00. We are not open on weekends.

Yes we offer both telehealth sessions as well as in person.

Our address is 352 N Main St. in Tooele. We are in the back of the building of the Oquirrh Ridge Chiropractor. We are close to GSI Pawnshop and across the street from 7-11 and Best Western.
